Multicash Interfaces > Description | |||
![]() |
We all have some form of Multicash. It’s one system that really makes our life easier, because we can certainly think of funnier sports than going to the bank or writing POs. Although Multicash installations vary from bank to bank, the communication files’ format is the same. The information is transmitted in a well defined format whether we talk about payment orders or bank statements. If we want to have a truly efficient relationship with the bank, the payments should go automatically from the accounting system to Multicash and then be reviewed, approved and sent to the bank. |

The same goes for for the daily bank statements – they should go automatically from Multicash to the accounting system and generate the required accounting operations. And not only the payments to the suppliers may be executed automatically. We could obtain significant efficiency increase by implementing an interface between the payroll system and Multicash, so that salaries are paid automatically into the employees’ card accounts. If you still manually input payments in Multicash or bank statements into the accounting system and you would like to benefit from the efficiency increase described above, please contact one of our consultants to set up a meeting. The accounting system – Multicash interfaces we are going to offer you are compliant with the current security standards, being guaranteed to comply with the Sarbanes/Oxley or any other corporate auditing requirements. Audit compliance will be guaranteed by contract. We are using encryption tools from the Microsoft Windows libraries for security – SHA256 to SHA512 hash functions, 3DES or AES for symmetric encryption and, if required, DSA/RSA asymmetric encryption. The interfaces will communicate with Multicash by text files imports/exports, not having any access, at any time, at passwords or communication lines or any other confidential Multicash resources. Basically, there is no need to install them on the same computer as Multicash and neither in the same network – all we need is a technical method to transfer text files to and from Multicash. |
